MINIMUM WAGE

I'm a bit puzzled by an article on how all our neighboring states have increased their minimum wage.
There is a myth and a fallacy that surrounds the recent discussion in the Herald related to the $23-per-hour average wage.
Let me put it another way, if we don’t raise the minimum wage our young people will leave North Dakota for jobs elsewhere where they can be paid a living wage.
