Foyt is a licensed CPA and attorney who earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from UND and graduated from Barry University’s School of Law in Orlando, Florida. He most recently served as Senior Tax Manager for UnitedHealth Group in Minnetonka, Minnesota and was a manager with KPMG International in Minneapolis before that.
