UND, NDSU research bill fails in the House


Dakota Spotlight Season one is an exploration into the peculiar death of Victor Newberry, found dead next to his vehicle outside of Glen Ullin, ND in December of 2014.  Law enforcement said ‘no foul play’ but locals speculated that there was more to the story.  Dakota Spotlight brings you that story.
