Billy Pederson Jr., 11, East Grand Forks, released this big catfish Monday night, Sept. 10., while fishing the Red Lake River with a friend in city limits. “He is an up and coming fisherman in our family, and now he outfishes his dad,” said Billy Pederson Sr., who submitted the photo. No measurements were taken before Billy released the fish, his dad said.
