It wasn't the best way for UND to wrap up its home season.
Bemidji State scored a power-play goal with 20 seconds to play, giving the Beavers a 1-0 win against the Sioux on Saturday night at Ralph Engelstad Arena.
Bemidji's win spoiled UND's Senior Night and it also snapped a two-game winning streak by the Sioux.
Keirstin Visser's goal at 19:40 of the third period was the only goal of the game. She was assisted by Montana Vichorek and Annie Bauerfeld.
Bemidji State outshot the Sioux 19-17 and scored on one of its three power-play opportunities. UND was 0-for-4 on the power play.

The loss dropped UND to 6-18-2 in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association. Bemidji improved to 9-10-7 in the league. Overall, UND fell to 7-19-4 while Bemidji is 10-15-7.
The Sioux wrap up the regular season next week at Minnesota State-Mankato.
"I thought we had a chance to win," UND coach Brian Idalski said. "I thought we had a lot of opportunities, just not finding the back of the net. We still need to do a better job coming down the stretch of games not turning the puck over and clearly not taking penalties. That is hopefully something we can figure out and grow up as a club.
"We have played well in spurts. For whatever reason, I thought we were flat today, but we have been playing really well the second half and it is just about figuring out how to put it together for 60 minutes and being consistent game to game."
