USCHO released its weekly poll Monday morning.

UND’s spot: UND remained at No. 4, only behind Denver, St. Cloud State and Harvard. There was no change in the top four.

UND’s next opponent: Wisconsin (6-3) is No. 7 nationally. The Badgers will be the second ranked foe that UND has played this season. The other is Minnesota.

The top spot: Denver (4-0-2) stayed at No. 1 after winning back-to-back games in Boston. The Pioneers beat Boston University with a last-minute goal on Friday and routed Boston College 6-1 on Saturday.

Biggest jump: Providence (5-2) jumped up five spots to No. 6 after beating Boston College 2-1 and Boston University 3-0 at home. Northeastern (4-2-1) also moved up five spots to No. 15 after sweeping UMass-Lowell.

Biggest fall: Boston University (3-4-1) dropped six spots to No. 12 after losing to Denver and Providence.

One that makes you wonder: Despite making the NCAA tournament a year ago and starting 5-1-2 this season, Ohio State is sitting at No. 16, having a tough time gaining traction in the polls.
