On Wednesday, UND and North Dakota State will meet in volleyball as members of the Summit League. The rivals will be playing a conference game for the first time in more than a decade.
The rivalry, however, will be a new experience for a handful of the players, including UND’s Roosa Rautio, who is a freshman from Rovaniemi, Finland.
She’s the UND setter.
Also, her parents made the trip from Finland to watch her play against UND’s top rival.
