Brooklyn Cardinal, Red Lake Falls: The setter finished last season with 162 assists and 61 digs.
Cardinal had six aces, four kills and three blocks.
Gabrielle Casavan, Red Lake Falls: Casavan had 88 kills -- a team-best by more than 40 kills -- and added 74 digs last season.
Cassie Dahl, Badger/Greenbush-Middle River: The junior setter racked up 375 assists in last year’s shortened season for an average of 8.9 assists per set.
Dahl also added 14 aces and 91 digs.
Kendra Emery, East Grand Forks: Emery led the Green Wave with 112 kills. The 5-foot-9 outside hitter also added 28 aces and 170 digs for 7-5 East Grand Forks last season.
Mattea Erickson, Thief River Falls: The 5-foot-8 senior is a three-year regular player.
The left-hander and all-conference pick from a year ago led the Prowlers to a 4-4 record.
Jamie Flatgard, Red Lake County Central: An all-conference selection as a freshman a year ago, Flatgard averaged 1.77 kills per set, 1.2 blocks per set and 21 aces last season.
Kendal Martell, Thief River Falls: Martell is a three-year regular for the Prowlers.
The left-hander’s solid defense from the libero position helped the Prowlers to a 4-4 mark last season.
Hanna Mooney, Roseau: Mooney racked up 18 aces and 175 assists last season for an 11-1 Roseau team.
Mooney also has totaled 242 digs (2019) and 416 digs (2020) during the past two years.
Brooklyn Ostenaa, Fosston: The senior is Fosston’s lone member of the starting lineup that played in the 2019 state tournament, which was the Greyhounds’ first trip to state since 2004.
Ostenaa had 77 kills, 78 digs and 14 aces in Fosston’s 11-0 record a year ago.
Jade Reese, Badger/Greenbush-Middle River: The junior middle hitter recorded 127 kills in just 42 sets last season.
Reese added 31 blocks, 12 aces and 75 digs for the 8-4 Gators.
Marin Roragen, Fertile-Beltrami: Roragen finished last season with a team-high 15 aces and team-high 185 digs. She also easily had the most kills on the Falcons with 186, while adding 17 blocks.
Cheyanne Scalese, Kittson County Central: The 5-foot-10 outside hitter registered an incredible 17.5 blocks for a team that finished the year with 26. Scalese was second on KCC with 62 kills and added 10 aces in just six games.
