Mannausau's forum will be from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Monday at the Energy and Environmental Research Center Discover Hall.

Chaves's public session will be from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Gransberg Room.

"I am very excited about the quality of our pool of applicants and the individuals who we are bringing to campus," UND provost and athletic director search committee chair Tom DiLorenzo said in a statement. "I hope that people will take the opportunity to come to the open forums."

The search committee is expected to meet again Friday morning after all of the interviews are complete. They will pass along recommendations to President Mark Kennedy, who will make the final decision.

The job came open when athletic director Brian Faison announced in October that he was stepping down after a nine-year run. Faison will stay on as athletic director until a new one is hired and will be paid his full salary of $193,707 through the 2018-19 athletic season.
