Turtle River State Park will be adding 22 RV campsites and three primitive (walk-in tent sites) to the Parks and Recreation Department's online management system.
The increase in reserved campsite availability will leave Turtle River park with about 20 percent of its RV sites, and 90 percent of its primitive tent sites available on a "first come-first served" basis. Those sites on the system that do not have active reservations also will be sold on a "first come-first served" basis, just as before.
