Hawks to play only one game: Due to contact tracing within UND women’s basketball program and the subsequent roster limitations it imposes, the Fighting Hawks’ scheduled Summit League series against Kansas City this weekend will be shortened to a single game on Saturday. The teams were scheduled to play Saturday and Sunday.
Both teams agreed to the shortened weekend after learning of the limitations to UND's roster.
The Summit League office supports the decision made between the schools to shorten the series to a single game.
The UND-Kansas City men’s basketball series set for Saturday and Sunday at The Betty will go on as scheduled. Both games have a 3:30 p.m. tipoff.
This is the opening weekend for Summit League play.
