Purpur, Jennewein named all-state
Two Grand Forks players have been named to the North Dakota boys high school soccer all-state team.
Senior defender Jake Purpur represents Grand Forks Central, while senior forward Cody Jennewein is Grand Forks Red River's selection. Both are second-team picks.
Purpur had three goals and two assists for the Knights. Jennewein had five goals and a team-leading eight assists for the Roughriders
