The Parnow family of Goodridge, Minn., had a good weekend of fishing in mid-June on Lake of the Woods near Springsteel north of Warroad, Minn. In the upper left photo, grandpa Richard Parnow holds a 26-inch walleye for his grandson, Easton Parnow, 10. All fish from 19½ to 28 inches must be released on Lake of the Woods, and Easton’s 26-inch fish was set free after a quick photo.

In the photo at right, Easton, grandpa and Brennen Parnow, 12, pose with a cooler of walleyes.

In the lower left-hand photo, Richard Parnow holds the 28-inch walleye he released.
