  • Jan. 31: 31st annual Devils Lake Volunteer Fire Department ice fishing tournament, 1 to 3:30 p.m., Six-Mile Bay of Devils Lake. More than $225,000 in prizes, including grand prize of a 2015 Dodge Ram 4x4 pickup. Info: dlvfdicefishingtourney.com.
  • Feb. 8: Thief River Falls Knights of Columbus fishing derby, 1 to 3 p.m., confluence of Thief and Red Lake rivers across from Northland Community and Technical College.   • Feb. 20-21: Antique Snowmobile Club of America annual meeting and first-ever “Back in the Day Snowmobile Get-Away,” Roseau, Minn. Event begins at 1 p.m. Feb. 20 with a ride starting at Gene’s Bar and Grill, followed by tours of the Polaris factory and Polaris Experience Center. Also on tap is an antique snowmobile show and display beginning at 10 a.m. Feb. 21 at Gene’s, trail rides and antique snowmobile races at noon and an evening banquet.
