Aaron Lommen of Grand Forks shot this drop-tine buck Saturday afternoon, Nov. 7, while hunting northwest of Ulen, Minn. Lommen used a shotgun and slugs to shoot the buck at 160 yards. “Didn’t realize the drop tines on each side until I got up close to him,” Lommen writes.
