Nate Deziel, East Grand Forks, landed this sturgeon Wednesday, Dec. 30, while ice fishing on Lake of the Woods. Deziel, who was fishing for walleyes and saugers, was lucky to fit the big fish through an 8-inch hole, said Trevor Strandell, who shared the photo. The sturgeon was released after a quick photo.
