Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) – NDSU football head coach Chris Klieman says injured quarterback Carson Wentz is going to practice this week.

In his weekly press conference, Klieman said that Wentz’s status for Saturday is undetermined and will see how he progresses throughout the week to determine if he will play.

Wentz broke his wrist October 17th against the University of South Dakota and has not played since. Wentz threw for four touchdowns in the first game against Northern Iowa this year.

NDSU faces Northern Iowa in the FCS quarterfinal round of the playoffs on Saturday at the Fargodome. Kickoff is scheduled for 11 a.m.
