Tim Hennessy, the longtime voice of UND men's hockey, won't call tonight's Frozen Four semifinal game between the Sioux and Michigan.

Hennessy is recovering at Altru Hospital after surgery today.

According to a family statement, Hennessy "is resting comfortably" in Altru following surgery earlier today to clear a blockage in his carotid artery. The statement also added that Hennessy is expected to make a full recovery.

Darrin Looker is expected to call tonight's Frozen Four game in St. Paul. He is the voice of Sioux women's hockey.

If the Sioux advance to Saturday's national championship game, Looker again is expected to call the game on the Fighting Sioux radio network.
