Anya Edwards posted a double-double to lead Sacred Heart past Climax-Fisher at home on Thursday.
Edwards notched a team-high 22 points and 10 steals. Michelle Remer also chipped in with 20 points for the Eagles, who are now 3-0. Sacred Heart held a 40-14 halftime lead.

“I thought we played pretty good defense in the first half,” said Sacred Heart coach Joann Remer. “Overall, I thought we played very well. A lot of girls got to play tonight and get experience.”

Auto racing: The World of Outlaws released their 2016 race schedule Thursday and the country’s top sprint car circuit again will race twice next season at River Cities Speedway. The Outlaws will race June 17 and Aug. 26 in Grand Forks. The Outlaws’ only other North Dakota appearance will be Aug. 28 in Minot.
