Dressler receives CFL honor
Former UND standout Weston Dressler was named a CFL Top Performer for Week 3.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders receiver caught nine passes for 120 yards, including a pair of touchdowns in the team’s 35-32 overtime loss to the BC Lions on July 10.

On Saskatchewan’s second drive of the game, quarterback Kevin Glenn found Dressler for a 45-yard score. In the third quarter, Dressler caught a 10-yard touchdown pass and followed it with a two-point conversion grab.
The Bismarck native currently sits fourth in the CFL for receiving yards with 204. His two touchdown catches are also tied for the league lead.
