Three Grand Forks players have gained spots on the North Dakota girls high school all-state soccer team, as selected by coaches in the state.
Grand Forks Red River placed two players on the all-state first team, senior midfielders Rachel Dallman and Marie Meagher.
Grand Forks Central senior forward Tiahna Simmers is a second-team pick.
The all-state teams consist of:
First team -- GF Red River: Rachel Dallman, Marie Meagher; Fargo North: Noel Scherer, Jamie St. Germain; Fargo Shanley: Hannah Langseth; Fargo South: Caitlyn Haring; Bismarck Century: Erika Jossart; Bismarck St. Mary's: Laura Maddock, Rachell Kuntz; Jamestown: Janae Dabill; Mandan: Jessica Liffrig; Minot: Alex Bachman-Williams.
