Coach Miedema says: "The biggest difference so far this year has been attitude and effort and enthusiasm and teamwork. They've put in a ton of time outside of the season. For the first time in my years at Central, they've truly bought in to what we're trying to do and truly believe they can compete with anyone. Last year, we felt we could physically compete with anyone, but the mental part of it was what was stopping us."
