Prediction: Minnesota, a 2-1/2-point underdog, will be playing its first road game of the season. For a young team, it will be a soft landing in a quiet venue. After upsetting Texas, Maryland betrayed their shortcomings in a 35-14 loss to Temple last week.Gophers, 24-21
