MADISON, Wis. -- An 8-0 run to start the second quarter helped Wisconsin to an 80-60 victory over UND at the Kohl Center on Sunday in a game finalized just 48 hours prior.

Wisconsin's Sydney Hilliard led four Badgers in double figures with 18 points on 8-for-13 shooting.

UND, which trailed just 15-13 after the first quarter, was led by Wisconsin native Melissa Leet, who had 13 points on 5-for-17 shooting.

"We've continued to give up that big run and today we didn't fight back like we have in previous games. We've got to eliminate that one run," interim head coach Mallory Bernhard said.

Maggie Manson added 12 points, while Jaclyn Jarnot also finished in double figures for UND with 10 points.

"We got to keep being aggressive, keep attacking and getting ourselves to the rim and getting those looks. Those looks at the rim are what we want," Bernhard said. "We've got to find a way when we're getting attacked, to keep our hands straight up, keep moving our feet and not allow that last little bit that's getting called for us on the foul, but find a way to draw one ourselves or just knock it on in."

UND dropped to 0-4 overall. The Badgers improved to 2-2.
