On April 29 during the 2022 Mountain Plains Adult Education annual conference in Tempe, Arizona, Bridget Hanlan was announced as the organization’s recipient of its Award of Merit, according to a news release.
Students in LRSC’s Student Nurse Association have donated $2,500 to be used to help the UAS team purchase a new drone.
Claire Hiltner, set to graduate from Langdon Area High School at the end of May, will be the first student to graduate from LRSC with an associate degree while still in high school.
John Maritato, a lieutenant with the Lake Region Police Department, and director of the Peace Officer Training Program, has been coming to Grand Forks for the last 12 years for each of those academies. Maritato said the program boasts a nearly 100% employment rate for graduates, if graduates are willing to relocate to another part of the state.
