Apex Transportation Group hires design engineer
FARGO, N.D. • Amanda Vetter recently joined the Transportation Group at Apex Engineering Group. She brings more than eight years of experience to her new role as a design engineer.
Vetter specializes in traffic design, including traffic operations analysis and planning, intersection treatments, pedestrian accommodations, and roundabout design.
At Apex, she will be working on a variety of project types including urban and rural transportation projects and traffic studies.
Enclave hires assistant superintendent
WEST FARGO, N.D. • Enclave, a fully-integrated development, construction and property management company founded in 2011, recently welcomed Dylan Deavy to its construction team as an assistant superintendent.
In his new role, Deavy will support the day-to-day management of project operations across Enclave’s active job sites.
A native of Moorhead, Minnesota, Deavy obtained his bachelor’s degree at the University of Jamestown. Prior to joining Enclave, Deavy gained industry experience working as a Field Engineer in quality control and quality assurance for renewable energy projects.
Essentia Health-Fargo welcomes pathologist
FARGO, N.D. • Essentia Health-Fargo recently welcomed pathologist Dr. Julie Marsh.
Dr. Marsh received her medical education from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks.
She completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis and her fellowship in surgical pathology at the University of Minnesota, also in Minneapolis.
She is certified by the American Board of Pathology.
“In medical school, I discovered pathology and fell in love with working with organs, tissues, cells and microscopes to make diagnoses,” Dr. Marsh said. “Laboratory medicine and pathology is very broad with a lot of variety and crosses multiple disciplines of medicine.”
Flint Group hires several new team members
FARGO, N.D. • Flint Group recently welcomed several new individuals to its team.
Wendy Christiansen has been hired by Flint Group as a senior public relations and social media specialist.
Christiansen will be working most closely with clients in the healthcare and insurance industries. Prior to joining Flint Group, Christiansen worked for Jaymie Scotto & Associates as a media relations and content manager.
Meg Hammock has been hired by Flint Group as a copywriter.
Prior to joining Flint Group, Hammock maintained a variety of freelance clients in real estate, publishing and other industries. She holds a degree in history and English from Sweet Briar College and has her masters in heritage preservation from Georgia State University.
Rachel Thiessen has been hired by Flint Group as a proofreader.
She will be focusing on clients in professional services and manufacturing. Prior to joining Flint Group, Thiessen interned with BIO Girls, a local organization focused on improving self-confidence in young girls. She has a degree in strategic communication and English from NDSU.
Flint Group has hired Savannah Ward as a team lead for their AGCO Direct program.
Ward graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College with an associate’s degree in administrative and secretarial science.
Her vast experience in marketing, sales and administration will play a key role on Flint Group’s account management team. Ward will work closely with the AGCO Direct program and her contributions will be vital for business growth.
Prior to Flint Group, Ward served as a marketing manager for TrueNorth Steel and HORSCH.
Ladyboss Lifestyle hires executive director
FARGO, N.D. • Melanie Iverson joins Lotus Midwest and Ladyboss Lifestyle as executive director.
This is a new role for the company, and Iverson will be largely responsible for leading the brand in a new era. Previously, Iverson ran Mosaic Interior Design and founded a nonprofit, She Overcomes, which supports women in business by offering mentorship, strategic community and financial grants for female-founded startups.
Vantage Point Solutions hires Risk & Regulatory Compliance consultant
MITCHELL, S.D. • Vantage Point Solutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Aubree Rehmke, who has joined the Vantage Point team as a Risk & Regulatory Compliance consultant.
Rehmke will assist Vantage Point financial institution clients with audit, regulatory and risk matters.
For her part, Aubree – a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager – is ready to get to work. “I have a passion for working in banking compliance and enjoy partnering with community bankers to help build successful compliance programs,” she said.
Aubree works alongside four additional risk and regulatory consultants in Vantage Point’s growing Banking Division. In addition to a fleet of network and cybersecurity experts, the consulting team provides a great depth of expertise for the increasingly complex and competitive banking business environment.
Rehmke holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, in addition to a diploma and a certificate in executive leadership from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
