DEVILS LAKE, N.D. – A multi-industry job fair is planned for early April in Devils Lake.
Sponsored by Job Service North Dakota, 30 employers from a variety of different industries will be at the event, from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at the Holiday Mall, 425 S. College Drive.
Employers are hiring for positions in the Devils Lake area and Greater North Dakota.
According to the latest Online Job Openings Report, published March 2, says there are 19,600 online job postings statewide. Region 3 claims 648 of those openings. The industries with the most openings in Region 3, which includes Devils Lake, are agriculture, healthcare, education, retail and wholesale trade.
Job Service says that job seekers should dress to impress and bring copies of their resume to distribute. They should be prepared to interview at the event.

The job fair is free and open to the public. If job seekers need assistance preparing a resume, they can stop by the Devils Lake Workforce Center, 301 S. College Dr., Monday-Friday prior to the job fair.
