Apprenticeship Minnesota is preparing for National Apprentice Week, saying those organizations that plan to celebrate a program and its apprentices can submit information to help spread the word.
National Apprentice Week is Nov. 15-21.
Apprenticeship Minnesota said recently that it plans to promote registered apprenticeship and apprentices in the state throughout the week via its website, social media channels and additional communications outlets.
If a business needs help celebrating its own program, Apprenticeship Minnesota said it can help provide support.
Some ways an organization can celebrate National Apprenticeship Week:

-Host an apprenticeship event or open house
-Showcase a remarkable apprentice as an Apprentice of the Day.
Use #ApprenticeshipWorks and #NAW2021 on Apprenticeship Week social media posts.
Apprentice Minnesota said if an organization would like to participate in National Apprenticeship Week, or has plans to celebrate a program and its apprentices, to contact Jeremy Parker at jeremy.parker@state.mn.us.
The deadline for submitting information is Oct. 29.
