FARGO, N.D. • Lux Communities, an Enclave Company, is now Enclave Property Management.
The company made the announcement on Wednesday, March 17.
Specializing in development and construction, the founders of Enclave started Lux Communities in 2012, a year after Enclave’s inception in 2011, according to a news release. As the parent company, Enclave has developed and built nearly every property managed by Lux Communities today.
“As a fully integrated company with a shared set of values, the name change provides unification to our cross-functional development, construction and management teams,” President of Property Management Donna Block said in the release. “Being one team with one name brings added alignment that best supports our plans for continued growth and desire to create spaces that inspire people to do their best work and live their best life.”
Enclave’s property management team oversees more than 2,500 apartment homes and a number of commercial properties, a portfolio that continues to grow with Enclave leading the development and construction of multi-family, mixed-use, commercial and industrial projects across the upper-Midwest, including a number of active projects in the Twin Cities metro.
“As a uniquely qualified and involved developer, builder, and manager of real estate, we serve our clients and partners from land sourcing through design, planning, building, and property management," said Austin Morris, co-founder and CEO of Development at Enclave. "Our clients gain a unique advantage through our team’s involvement from beginning to end, and we look forward to enhancing the continuity of experience with this brand update."
The announcement comes on the heels of the companies’ move to their new home office at 300 Enclave, 300 23rd Ave. E.., West Fargo.
