FARGO, N.D. • Enclave will soon be moving into a newly-built home office in West Fargo.
Enclave, which specializes in development, construction and property management, plans to move into the new space on March 1.
“2021 marks 10 years of business for Enclave, and this move is a significant milestone for our company,” company co-founder Ben Meland said in a statement announcing the move. “It is through the success of our team, partners, and communities that we continue to experience growth and opportunity.”
The three-story, 86,200 square-foot building – designed, developed, constructed and managed by Enclave – features modern office space, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and underground parking.
Meland said the building will be able to better accommodate the company’s growing team.
Located off Interstate 94 and Veterans Boulevard, the company said the new location will bring more than 200 employees across three organizations into one space. Enclave will occupy the entire third floor, with KLJ Engineering occupying the first floor and part of the second. Additional space is available for lease on the second floor.
The site and previous Rustad farmstead is rich in history dating back to 1877, according to the company. The building’s design includes an organic and natural material palette that complements the agrarian landscape.
“The open layout, collaborative work areas, and advanced technology help foster a team-driven atmosphere,” said Austin Morris, co-Founder of Enclave. “A people-first organization, the office was designed with their experience in mind and embodies what it means to create dynamic spaces where people can do their best work.”
