KLJ promotes team member

West Fargo, N.D. • KLJ said it has promoted Cindy Quibell to project control specialist.

In this role she will support project managers and their teams, ensuring activities such as project administration, change management, cost control and monitoring, and scheduling are accomplished in the most efficient way possible and in accordance with all KLJ standards and contractual requirements.

Quibell, who works from KLJ’s West Fargo office, began her career with KLJ in 2010. Most recently she served as a project assistant and looks forward to broadening the support she provides to our project teams.

Houston Engineering hires engineer

FARGO, N.D. • Jakob Ebinger joins Houston Engineering Inc.’s Fargo team as an Engineer I.

Ebinger will perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling services for water resources, flood risk management, and transportation projects.

Originally from Baxter, Minn., Ebinger is attending his last semester at North Dakota State University working toward his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. His experience prior to joining HEI includes working as a student design assistant for a variety of NDDOT projects and as a site inspection intern supporting construction projects.

Enclave welcomes two new team members

Fargo, N.D. • Ashley Kossan has joined Enclave as accounts payable & receivable specialist.

A graduate of North Dakota State University, Kossan brings experience as an accountant, mortgage loan officer and royalties analyst. Originally from Minot, N.D., she previously served as an accountant at Legendary Capital.

Enclave also has hired Travis Golobich as assistant project manager.

A native of Coon Rapids, Minn., and a graduate of North Dakota State University, Golobich joins Enclave with more than seven years of experience in project management. Previously, he served as project manager at Moorhead Electric.

In his role at Enclave, Golobich will assist in collaborating with the construction and design teams, sub- contractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
