Minnesota Rep. Jim Hagedorn died after a years-long battle with kidney cancer, his wife and campaign announced Friday.
Hagedorn’s wife, former GOP Chairwoman Jennifer Carnahan, said that Hagedorn died Thursday night.
Hagedorn is receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic at this time and is experiencing "mild symptoms."
The allegations concern payments made to a Hagedorn staff member for more than $100,000 in taxpayer dollars for the printing of mailers. That revelation was first reported by the Minnesota Reformer. Hagedorn is also alleged to have maintained a rent-free campaign office, which was reported by Politico.
It was 'judgment imposed by cyber mobsters,' Hagedorn said.
President Joe Biden on Thursday, Sept. 9, announced that the federal government will now require employees at all large businesses in the country to be inoculated with the COVID-19 vaccine, or subject to weekly testing.
