Stealing from a church? Really?
I would like the cruel person who stole items from Evanger Lutheran Church last Saturday to please return the items. The items stolen were a pair of Bose speakers, an air purifier, a sewing machine, a two-drawer plastic bin, an aluminum bowl, and a few other items.
One of the items stolen, a Kenmore sewing machine (with the cover but not the base), belonged to me and not the church. It was given to me by my parents as a graduation present, and I have lovingly used it for many years. My friends and I have made many quilts with that machine to donate to the needy.
Or, if you have a friend who recently received any of the above "presents," please inform the Grand Forks Sheriff's Office.
Please do the decent thing and return these items.
