The NRA gave all North Dakota politicians grades, but are they also willing to list how much money they contributed to the campaign funds for each politician?
Is it right for any organization to have so much power that they impede any efforts by the majority of the population to control such things as the outlawing of assault weapons, the tightening of gun registration, or the passage of "red laws?"
Who uses an assault weapon to hunt or protect themselves and their homes? Why are we afraid to properly register the guns we have? Why shouldn't we have laws in place to keep guns out of the hands of people deemed unstable?
Along with an increase in dollars for mental health needs and the strengthening of safety in schools, we do need laws that insure at least a minimal amount of control within this country. WE put this inordinate amount of power in the hands of the NRA, and we can also remove it!
