My hat is off to our lovely city's mayor, Mayor Brandon Bochenski, City Council President Dana Sande, City Council Vice President Bret Weber, city attorney Dan Gausted and the Economic Development Corp. crew.
In your poorly conceived, ill-informed and ill-advised pursuit of bringing the proposed Fufeng Group corn mill to this city, and shutting down valid citizen petition efforts, you guys have managed to do the one thing that most have not: get members of Congress to actually get bipartisan agreement on an issue without a lot of squabbling and bickering.
Both the Democratic Party and Republican Party leadership within the Senate intel committee are in lockstep agreement in this whole endeavor as being a horrible idea.
Keep up the good work, concerned citizens.
