To the editor,

It is my understanding that the roundabout at the intersection of 24th Avenue South and South 34th Street was constructed to relieve congestion, especially between the hours of 8 and 9 a.m. and 4 and 5 p.m.

My question: Who issued the permit to build a very large apartment complex at the same location with both an entrance and an exit directly into the roundabout?

Does this make sense?
