To the editor,

Last Sunday morning, I scoured the Grand Forks Herald for a story on the Saturday night UND football game and found nothing. Then I remembered that the Herald is no longer a morning paper, nor is it an evening paper but has turned into a day late paper. I did see the story in the Monday Herald but not in a printed paper but on a 10-inch tablet screen. How convenient.

Forum Communications is probably going to find out that it is difficult to make money in a business by cutting services. Probably the next step is no Grand Forks Herald at all but a Grand Forks page in the Fargo Forum with a reporter stationed in Grand Forks. That reporter will probably also be the TV reporter when WDAY takes over all the TV news. It seems like Forum Communications is on a quest to marginalize Grand Forks.
