To the editor,

No Monday print edition I can live with. I don't like it, but I can live with it.

But no print reporting the following morning on a UND basketball, football, volleyball or hockey games is ridiculous. Not to mention all the parents and friends that follow local high school athletes in Grand Forks and surrounding communities.

The early deadline set by the management of Forum Communications in Fargo shows total disrespect for Grand Forks and the 175,000 people in the northern valley. I urge the management in Fargo to provide the same service to them as they do for our friends in the southern valley.

There are solutions, you just need to implement them; if you can't, please try to sell the paper to another publisher who can figure it out. If you think people are angry now, wait until the hockey season begins.
