Letter: Can't city's alley dust be alleviated?

To the editor, I was wondering why there is not something the city of Grand Forks can do about all the dust in the unpaved alleys of Grand Forks. You can't open the windows to cool the house down because of all the dust that blows in from the alley.

To the editor,

I was wondering why there is not something the city of Grand Forks can do about all the dust in the unpaved alleys of Grand Forks.

You can't open the windows to cool the house down because of all the dust that blows in from the alley. Surely there is something the city can do about this.
