We are part of The Trust Project.
I want to thank all the Grand Forks citizens for coming together to stand up to the City Council and let them know we are not against economic development, but the Fufeng project is not the right one for the Grand Forks community and the surrounding area.
This has been a ridiculous idea brought forth by the council, and it is being shoved down the throat of our community. It's unfortunate they don't seem to care that they want to do business with Communist China, and all the other reasons this kind of business is not good for Grand Forks. Just remember this when election time rolls around, and better yet, stand up to be part of the council.
The current council seems to be so short of creative ideas. I am so proud that we are still a state that believes in democracy and the rights of the people.
