GRAND FORKS, N.D. - William “Billy” Nelson Jr., 96, East Grand Forks, Minn., died Friday, Sept. 4, in Valley Senior Living.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at Resurrection Cemetery in East Grand Forks.
