William “Bill” Briske
William (Bill) Ignatius Briske, born on March 9, 1940 in Grafton, North Dakota, passed away in McKinney, Texas from natural causes on December 15, 2020.
Bill spent most of his working life in Ardoch as a farmer and in Grand Forks as a handy man, a.k.a. Bill’s Repair. He had great mechanical skills and could fix anything from cars to houses. Bill enjoyed hunting, golf, camping with his family and traveling. After retiring to McKinney, Texas, he filled his time with golf, travelling the roads of America with his wife, visiting friends, remodeling the family home, and repairing many broken objects for fun.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Susan Briske; son, Joseph Briske and his grandson, Thomas Deleon.
Bill is survived and remembered by his wife Kathleen (Maszk) Briske; daughters Pamela Smith (Joe) and Angela Riley; son William Briske (Angela); daughter-in-law Monica Briske and grandchildren Brandon Blasko, Aaron Smith, Emily Briske, Rachel Smith and Shannon Riley. Also survived by his brother Jim (Theresa) Briske; brother Dave (Barbara) Briske; sister Linda (Bob) Garber; brother Ron (Diana) Briske and numerous nieces and nephews.
