THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. - Walter Osborn, 79, Thief River Falls, Minn., died Saturday, Dec. 28, in his rural home.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 2, at Black River Lutheran Church in St. Hilarie, Minn. Visitation will continue from 9:30-10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Jan. 3, at the church. The Rev. Frank Ehling and the Rev. Sheila Michaels will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
