Victor D. Wolf, age 80 of Grand Forks, ND passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

Victor Dennis Wolf was born on October 12, 1939 in Hector, MN, the son of Paul Wilhem and Ida Louise (Keller) Wolf. He grew up in Hector until the age of 3 when the family moved to Halliday, ND. At age 17 he graduated from high school with the Class of 1957 then immediately joined the United States Air Force. He served his country until he retired and was honorably discharged in 1975. On October 22, 1960 he was united in marriage to Shirley Irene Cross in Rapid City, SD. They lived on US Military Bases in Morocco, Rapid City, SD, Honolulu, HI, Kanto Mura Japan, Alexandria, VA, Misawa Japan, Emerado, ND then to Grand Forks, ND. Sadly on February 3, 1995 Shirley passed away. He resided in Grand Forks until the time of his death. Vic enjoyed bus trips to the casino, playing bingo, and spending time with his family.

Family members of Victor include his children, George (Lynn) Wolf of Grand Forks, ND and Tina Olson of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 3 grandchildren, Rebecca (Michael) Harstad, Matthew Wolf and Chris (Ashley) Olson; 4 great-grandchildren, Damien Scherer, Mackenzie Harstad, Zoey Harstad and Ella Harstad; 1 sister, Margie Mohl of Halliday, ND. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Shirley Wolf.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the DAV, American Cancer Society or Parkwood Place.

Funeral Service: 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2020 in Dahl Funeral Home, 2029 Central Ave. NW, East Grand Forks, MN

Visitation: 1 Hour Prior Funeral Service on Saturday in Dahl Funeral Home

Interment: Memorial Park South Cemetery ~ Grand Forks, ND
