GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Patricia Gowan, 86, Oslo, Minn., died Friday, Dec. 16, in Valley Sr. Living.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 19, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Grand Forks. Interment will be in Granville Cemetery in Oslo.
