GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Noel Moe, 83, Grafton, N.D., died Friday, Jan. 27, in Altru Hospital.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 3, at Tollefson Funeral Home in Grafton Visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, at Grafton Lutheran Church. Interment will be in the spring in Grafton Lutheran Cemetery.
