FARGO, N.D. - Helmer “Hal” Rudrogen Jr., 68, Fargo, formerly Grand Forks, N.D., died Wednesday, Dec. 8, in his home.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 14, at Norman Funeral Home Chapel in Grand Forks.
