CROOKSTON, Minn. - Eleanor Qualley, 96, Crookston, Minn., formerly Mentor, Minn., died Wednesday, Feb. 9, in Villa St. Vincent.

Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Feb. 14, at Johnson Funeral Service in Red Lake Falls, Minn. The Rev. Bill Humiston will officiate. Burial will be in the spring in Rosehill Cemetery near Mentor, Minn.
