CROOKSTON, Minn. - Bev Nelson, 67, Mentor, Minn., died Wednesday, May 25, in Villa St. Vincent.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Sunday, June 5, at Faith Lutheran Church in Mentor. Visitation will continue from 1-2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., Monday, June 6, at the church. The Rev. Mike Sletto will officiate.
