Laura Sue (Giauque) Davis, 44, of East Grand Forks, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, in her home.

Laura was born October 3, 1975, in Langdon, ND the daughter of Jim and Grace (Johnson) Giauque. She grew up in Grand Forks, ND and graduated from Sacred Heart School in 1994.

Laura loved spending time with her family. She especially loved attending her children’s sporting events and activities. She was their biggest cheerleader and loved them deeply. Laura built a motherly bond with her nieces and nephews who will miss her big hugs and picture perfect smile. Laura was a great friend to many and especially enjoyed a weekend away with the girls. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and never missed watching a game in her Packer Jersey. Laura always loved the ocean and took many memorable trips over her lifetime.

Goodbye she said… “I’m off to join the circus”

Laura is survived by her children Cody Davis, Minneapolis, MN; Dylan Kalenze, Fargo, ND; Payton Davis, Waukesha, WI; her parents Jim and Grace Giauque, East Grand Forks, MN; sister, Kim (Jeff) Vigen, Grand Forks, ND; sister Anne (Randy) Kroeplin, Grand Forks,ND; brother Chris (Diana) Giauque, Grand Forks, ND; sister Sarah Giauque, Grand Forks, ND and many nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will take place.
